Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had spacious rooms with 3 real beds plus an extra and an old sofa, which were comfortable enough, but lacked tea/coffee facilities. The view outside the window was very small and didn't even have a telephone. The service was friendly but lacked engagement, unable to confirm gluten contents, although they offered a laundry service and a welcome drink. The location was excellent, close to restaurants and the city center, with easy access to Helins bookstore. The dining experience was mixed, with only a few tables available, but with lactose-free options like milk and yogurt. The facilities were limited, with a couple of nice tables but a disappointing vibe and no light bites available.
The hotel had both positive and negative aspects to consider during my stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but the hotel's central location and the service provided by the staff were somewhat lacking. The dining experience had its ups and downs, and the facilities offered mixed results.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The location was convenient, close to everything and within walking distance of Helins bookshop. The rooms were comfortable without having tea/coffee facilities, but my room had a lovely view away from the city square. The service was friendly, although not particularly engaging. The dining experience in the morning was terrible, but at least there were fresh cream cakes.
The suite we stayed in was unique, converted from what seemed like an office space, and the kids had fun playing near the reception and weights area. The service lacked engagement, especially with dietary queries, but it was convenient to have laundry facilities available. The location was central, though being awakened by a snowplow was unexpected. The dining options were satisfactory with lactose-free selections, but the breakfast area felt a bit cramped. The facilities were decent, offering the basics for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was excellent, situated in the heart of the city close to restaurants. The rooms were small and lacked basic amenities like a telephone. The service was friendly but somewhat lacking in engagement. The morning dining experience left something to be desired, with limited options available.
