The hotel had spacious rooms with 3 real beds plus an extra and an old sofa, which were comfortable enough, but lacked tea/coffee facilities. The view outside the window was very small and didn't even have a telephone. The service was friendly but lacked engagement, unable to confirm gluten contents, although they offered a laundry service and a welcome drink. The location was excellent, close to restaurants and the city center, with easy access to Helins bookstore. The dining experience was mixed, with only a few tables available, but with lactose-free options like milk and yogurt. The facilities were limited, with a couple of nice tables but a disappointing vibe and no light bites available.
The hotel had both positive and negative aspects to consider during my stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but the hotel's central location and the service provided by the staff were somewhat lacking. The dining experience had its ups and downs, and the facilities offered mixed results.
